Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were comfortable and quiet, they did not match the photos I had seen online and had some cleanliness issues like grey towels and stains on pillow cases as well as peeling wallpaper and broken furniture. The lack of any view was disappointing. On the bright side, the service was very welcoming and helpful, with the staff always present and ready to assist. The location was superb, offering great value for money with easy access to government buildings, the Opera house Teatro Colon, and the city center. The dining experience was impressive with a wide variety of food options, although not extravagant. Unfortunately, the facilities did not live up to expectations.
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, despite having a nice and spacious bathroom, fell short as they were rough, not clean, and had well-worn furniture. The size was smaller than what was expected. On the bright side, the staff were extremely helpful and apologetic, going out of their way to assist. The location was convenient for touring the city, close to major attractions and offering great views from the rooftop. Dining had its flaws, with limited options at breakfast, but the pool area was truly amazing.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious with a balcony overlooking Teatro Colón and Obelisco, and the bath tub was spectacular. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, especially the caramel filled cookies and honeycomb. However, the service was friendly but seemed a bit unhappy at times. The location was perfect, near the center of town and within walking distance to many attractions. The dining experience was great with a variety of options, although the atmosphere was a bit industrial. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor downsides.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, right across the road from the Opera House, making it easy to explore Buenos Aires. However, the rooms were a bit lackluster, showing signs of wear and tear, and the cleanliness was not up to par. The dining options were impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious food, but the hotel fell short of some 5-star expectations in certain aspects.
I was not offered water or coffee in the room, but overall, the room was smaller with an okay bathroom. The view over the Obelisco and Teatro Colón was breathtaking, and the bathroom was generous with a walk-in shower and a standalone bathtub, still maintaining a great standard.
